We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredible, nestled in the mountains of North Italy, offering breathtaking panoramas. We enjoyed hiking trips of varying difficulty levels right from the hotel. The staff treated us exceptionally well, making our stay even more pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We highly recommend trying the half-board option as the dinners were abundant and unique. Additionally, the hotel offered various massages and treatments, and we were particularly impressed with the fire treatment we tried.

Spent Christmas here and the surroundings were picturesque, truly a sight to behold. Great location for hikes of varying difficulty levels. Half-board was worth it, dinners were abundant and unique. the fire treatment was amazing, there are great massage services too.
The rooms were small and not as clean as expected. the staff was not as friendly as the other guests made them out to be.
